1. A new circuit session begins every 3 minutes. Start anytime during ouropening hours for maximum flexibility.
2. The circuit includes 10 rounds, combining functional strength and conditioning movements with boxing exercises on the bags or 1:1 pad work with a coach.
3. Our coaches are always there to guide you. They’ll correct your form and support you throughout the session. You’ll learn to box like a pro—at your own pace!
