Strength classes usually focus on resistance training using weights and bodyweight exercise to increase muscular strength and endurance. The goal is to improve muscle tone, increase metabolism, and enhance functional strength, which is crucial for everyday movements.

Core classes, on the other hand, are more specialized and focus specifically on strengthening the muscles around your trunk and pelvis. A strong core is essential for posture, balance, and stability, which can also improve performance in other fitness activities. Core exercises often include planks, leg raises, Russian twists, and stability ball exercises, among others. These movements not only help sculpt and tone the abdominal muscles but also play a key role in preventing injury by enhancing body alignment and supporting the spine.
