How it works:
No set class times meaning you come in to the gym when you want to train and with a range of training options, Fearless Boxing + Fitness is designed to help you get the most out of your gym experience.
Come in to the gym and pick which training zone works for you:
1) Boxing and Kickboxing Circuit
Work with a trainer through a guided 30 or 45 minute circuit.
2) Conditioning and Fitness Zone
Choose from a range of specifically designed workout programs tailored to maximising your time in the gym depending on your desired focus.
3) Open Gym
Train using our extensive range of modern equipment to create your perfect workout.

BOXING AND KICKBOXING CIRCUIT
Unleash Your Inner Fighter
- Choose from a 30 or 45 min circuit
- Circuits include 10 rounds. They combine functional strength and conditioning movements with boxing exercises on the bags or one on one pad work with an expert coach
- New circuit starts every 3 minutes, so you can start on your time
- Work with the expert coaches who are there to guide you through the circuit and help you work on form and technique through one on one pad work
- Circuit workouts change daily
- Circuit workouts are run in the boxing zone which features heavy bags to build power and strength, alongside lighter bags to sharpen speed, agility and accuracy

CONDITIONING AND FITNESS ZONE
Unleash the strength within you
- Come in and choose from a range of specifically designed programs
- Program options focus on targeting different muscle groups or different style workouts, so you can get the most out of your gym experience
- Sessions are thoughtfully designed to significantly boost strength, enhance overall cardiovascular performance, and incorporate various forms of resistance training for a comprehensive workout experience
- This area is equipped with cardio machines, free weights and various tools to push your limits, helping you emerge stronger both physically and mentally
- Expert coaches will help you work through each program to ensure you get the most out of your chosen workout
